Web Travel Group Limited (Company) (ASX: WEB) advises that the Company's change of name from Web Travel Group Limited to WebBeds Group Limited has been recorded by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
This follows shareholder approval at the annual general meeting held on 27 August 2026.
The effective date for the change of company name on the ASX will be 1 September 2026. The Company's ticker code will remain 'WEB'.
Why the change? WebBeds is our principal operating business and the brand we have been building for more than a decade. Adopting WebBeds as the company name aligns our corporate identity with the business we operate today, reflects the strength of the WebBeds brand, and provides clearer differentiation from Webjet following the Demerger; enhancing clarity for shareholders, partners and the broader market.
In the coming week, the primary website domain will become webbedsgroup.com. While webtravelgroup.com will continue to redirect to this website for a period of time, we recommend updating your favourites to reflect our new website address.
